Review your progress, and let’s address any challenges you may encounter.
Receive ongoing tips and support to keep you on track with your goals.
Refresh your meal plan with new recipes and exciting ideas to keep things fresh.

STEP 4:

Once your package or chosen service is complete, I’ll:

  • Create a long-term plan to help you maintain your results.

  • Schedule check-in appointments at 3 and 6 months to ensure you're staying on track and continuing to thrive.
